MOVING COORDINATOR

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and be able to multi-task and function well in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an admin role
  • Computer knowledge and experience w/ Word, Excel, Google platforms
  • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs
  • Reliable, conscientious and outgoing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and personable
  • Available to work flexible shifts from home Monday to Saturday, and occasionally Sundays
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Friendly, positive, and outgoing

DUTIES INCLUDES

  • Create estimates that accurately reflect standards
  • Respond to client phone and email inquiries promptly
  • Book jobs for services (e.g. home and office moves)
  • Schedule on-site assessments
  • Previous moving experience an asset
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, and working with Operations Managers
