REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience in an admin role
Computer knowledge and experience w/ Word, Excel, Google platforms
Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs
Reliable, conscientious and outgoing
Excellent customer service skills
Friendly and personable
Available to work flexible shifts from home Monday to Saturday, and occasionally Sundays

DUTIES INCLUDES
Create estimates that accurately reflect standards
Respond to client phone and email inquiries promptly
Book jobs for services (e.g. home and office moves)
Schedule on-site assessments
Previous moving experience an asset
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, and working with Operations Managers
